From August 13 to August 15, 2021, the final of the 16th China graduate electronic design competition of Zhaoyi Innovation Cup came to an end. After fierce competition, the work Research on turbine blade defect detection system based on machine vision, directed by Mr. Liu Jun and participated by Wei Hanlin, Qi Jinbo and Guo Yuwei, won the first prize in the country!

China graduate electronic design competition is one of the largest and most influential competitions in China graduate innovation practice series. It has been 25 years since it was jointly initiated and established by Tsinghua University and China Electronics Society in 1996. A total of 254 universities and scientific research institutes from 8 sub competition areas across the country and 5120 teams signed up for the competition. After the preliminary evaluation of the eight sub competition areas, a total of 427 teams were promoted to the national finals.

In recent years, the college has attached great importance to the cultivation of Postgraduates' innovation ability, adopted the methods of Postgraduates' outstanding achievement scholarship and postgraduates' innovation projects, encouraged postgraduates to actively participate in various scientific and technological innovation activities, and focused on Cultivating Postgraduates' innovation practice ability.
